Key Role:

To identify relevant molecular targets for disease indications, screen NCEs for in vitro activity and identify cellular and molecular mechanisms under normal and diseased states and its modulation by treatment with NCEs.

Key Capabilities:

• Assay development & screening of NCEs by biochemical and cell based assays.
• Establish physiologically relevant cellular models employing primary cells for functional assays for NCEs.
• Recombinant protein expression and purification at laboratory scale.
• Gene expression studies to understand cellular and molecular mechanisms under normal and disease states and its modulation by treatment with NCEs.
