Do not try to hold down an epileptic having a seizure. Make no attempt to protect his tongue. His teeth and jaws might be damaged in the process. Loosen clothing about the neck. Roll him on to his side to prevent aspiration and suffocation. Take him to the doctor as soon as possible.
