you could have a peptic ulcer.
A burning, gnawing or aching pain is a sure sign.
90% of all ulcers are caused by a bacteria- H.
Pylori, that is passed on through contaminated
water. And by the regular use of aspirin or ibuprofen.
Stress can't give you an ulcer. It only triggers
one off. People with Type 'O' blood are most susceptible
to ulcers.
Symptoms ::
Abdominal pain in a well-defined area. An empty,
hungry feeling.
Prevention ::
Avoid spicy or fatty food, pepper, coffee, smoking
and alcohol.
Treatment ::
Take antacids or drink milk to relieve the pain.
Eat between meals. Relax. Consult your doctor.
