Symbal (Duloxetine) is a new-age antidepressant offered by Mind to combat not just the emotional aspects of depression but also the physical symptoms such as aches, pains, and gastrointestinal disturbances that accompany major depressive disorders (MDD). It is the first in a new class of anti-depressants known as Selective Serotonin Norepinephrine Re-uptake Inhibitors (SSNRIs) that ensures rapid and sustained efficacy in the treatment of both emotional and physical symptoms of depression.

Tomoxetin (Atomoxetine) is a new, safe and effective treatment option for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). ADHD is one of the most common psychiatric disorders of childhood. Traditional stimulants have a short acting profile, ranging approximately over 3-4 hours and at times resulting in decreased appetite and insomnia. Tomoxetin, on other hand, is the first USFDA approved non-stimulant medication that is currently available for treatment of ADHD in India. It is a selective nor-epinephrine re-uptake inhibitor and works by blocking or slowing the absorption of nor-ephinephrine, and thus can be given as a single dose or split into two evenly divided dosages. It is particularly beneficial for patients at risk of substance usage.
