Labs are equipped with the necessary set up, including instruments, like IRIS Work Station (Silicon Graphics Indigo 2 XZ) with various software packages and databases from Accelrys, USA, 'Syncore' make Multiple Organic Synthesizer for Combinatorial Approach, Preparative and Analytical High Pressure Liquid Chromatography, High Field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer, GCMS, LCMS, Elemental Analyser etc. Support services are available from Analytical Development for GC, GC (Head Space), HPLC, HPTLC, FT-IR Spectrophotometer, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Polarimeter, Dissolution Test Apparatus and DSC.

Others :

PILOT PLANT (API): Built to pharma standards equipped with a dedicated air handling system consisting of filters capable of filtering particles upto 5 microns size at the terminal stage. Utilize RO water in the pilot plant area. All the effluent is treated and water is used for gardening.

AIR HANDLING SYSTEM has been provided in the following areas:

• Finished Product Area
• Reactor
• Centrifuge room
• Dryer room
• Also has an effluent water reclamation plant.
