Torrentian Awards ::

True to the practices of its Founder Chairman, Shri U.N.Mehta, Torrent has recognized the talent and perseverance of its employees at all levels and cadre. Every year at the time when we remember his contribution to society and the country at large, we also honour members of the Torrent family, who have risen to the occasion by rendering services and duty despite daunting obstacles and calamities.

Each of them is decorated with a trophy, citation and cash award for their achievements. The various categories and titles, in which the awards are bestowed, are Pioneer of the year (senior management), Pillar of the year (middle management), Pride of the year (junior management) and Performer of the year (staff member).
