SPECIAL NOTE:
- Prof. Ashish Nanda ceased to be a Director of the Company due to his resignation with effect from 21st July, 2017
- Ms. Renu Challu has completed her tenure as an Independent Director of the Company on 26th July, 2018, pursuant to which she ceased to be the Director of the Company.
- Mr. Markand Bhatt ceased to be a Director of the Company pursuant to his retirement at the 45th AGM of the Company held on 02-Aug-18
- Mr. Pradeep Bhargava has completed his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company on 31st March, 2019, pursuant to which he ceased to be the Director of the Company.
- Dr. Chaitanya Dutt has completed his tenure as a Whole-time Director designated as Director (Research & Development) and also stepped down as the Director of the Company w.e.f. 31st December, 2020.
- Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti and Mr. Haigreve Khaitan have completed their tenure as Independent Directors of the Company on 31st March, 2024, pursuant to which they ceased to be the Directors of the Company.
- Mr. Sudhir Mehta has stepped down as Director of the Company effective 31st March, 2024. He will continue to be Chairman Emeritus.
